This conference registration form allows teachers and guest to pre-register for the IAVAT Conference. Individual resgistering before June 1st are eligible for a free IAVAT Membership for 2010-2011. Additionally, pre-registering is $50 cheaper than registering on-site. This form allows you to register for the conference , make your meal selections and identify the membership package you wish for 2010-11. This form (when completed) should be returned with a check or purchase order to the IAVAT at 3221 Northfield Drive, Springfield, Illinois, 62702.
